  H ealthy l ifest yle I love my job and have been making good progress but, I have gone back to unhealthy habits. I think it was probably the person I am closest to working with. I have always been proud of myself and able to try new things at work but when I moved into the office for the first time, and everyone was rubbing shoulders to my desk, I thought I was being a pushover. I thought I was unwilling to challenge my co-workers. Like they could not see beyond my new friends and “no amount of group lighting or so on” could sway me from closing my eyes for hours. I went back to the single-minded, sleepy, career woman I became. I have been good at meditating. I believe this is why I received my first job at the Union Bank of Israel. After so many hours, I fell asleep and woke up at the beginning of my day. Heated breaks in the workplace have been good for me, but this is more significant than providing me a moment of rejuvenation. Walking and running while actively practicing medita
